We are a UK based organisation; all repairs are carried out in the UK. The team comprises of staff members that have worked in the UK Endoscopy Market for over 30 years.

Within that time our team has worked in both OEM settings, and for well-known ‘third party’ repair companies where our founder held the most senior role within the Endoscopy division.

Our Software Solution

We believe that good processes can make a good business into an excellent business. That’s why all our repairs, inventory and procedures are managed on our bespoke software system. Whilst the market is full of software you can buy off the shelf, nothing does the job better than something that’s been developed from scratch. Our software solution has been built from the ground up for the sole purpose of meeting the needs of endoscopy repairs. It allows us to manage every aspect of the process from booking in, to inspection, to loan provision.
