Alongside our specialisation in the repair and maintenance of flexible endoscopes, we also offer our dedicated Electro Medical Service.
Just as with our work with Olympus Endoscopes, we bring the same level of accuracy and professionalism to our Electro Medical department.
We provide fully comprehensive contracts for Olympus Stack Systems. This includes service, maintenance and repairs to Light Sources, Processors and Video Monitors. We can also undertake cabling and contracts for workstations. Further to all of this, we also work with ancillary equipment, such as Scopeguides, Printers and Digital Recorders. Other items of ancillary equipment we service are Electrosurgical Generators, Suction Pumps, Insufflators, Ultrasound Processors and Maintenance Units.

We know how important uptime is in respect of the equipment we work with, for that reason we have extensive loan stock.
Our loan equipment is on hand for the exclusive use of our customers when their equipment requires major repair.
Reporting
We believe information about your equipment and the repairs we have carried out is vital. For that reason, all our work comes with detailed reports.
These reports provide information around the checks and repairs conducted. The reporting also extends to advisory notes on the general health of the equipment, and guidance on any elements that will require imminent replacement, including the unit itself.
